Salary: $59,800 – $95,680
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce tight‑tolerance aerospace components.
- Read blueprints/GD&T, perform inspections during setup, and verify dimensions throughout production.
- Maintain equipment, troubleshoot machining issues, and ensure consistent, high‑quality production flow.
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience (aerospace preferred) with prior Set‑Up/Lead Machinist experience.
- Strong GD&T, shop math, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators).
- Experience with CNC setups, troubleshooting multi‑axis machines, and quick change systems.
- Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and able to perform layout/in‑process inspection during setup.
