Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – CNC Specialist
Portland, CT 7am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri

This is heavy-duty industrial maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery, pneumatic systems, motors, conveyors, and production equipment
- Perform PM's & repairs to keep production running efficiently
- Diagnose issues using precision measuring tools and test instruments
- Remove and replace defective parts. Install, relocate, and adjust machinery as needed
- Fabricate repair parts when necessary. Maintain equipment, parts, and supply inventories; manage vendor contacts for complex repairs
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- CNC machinery repair experience REQUIRED
- Strong background with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Production-focused mindset; experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
- Skilled with troubleshooting, PM's, and reading technical manuals/blueprints
- Ability to work safely, pay attention to detail, and follow structured procedures
- $28-$41/hour (based on experience)
