Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager with a minimum of two years' experience as a Chef or Sous Chef. This is an opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in high-volume enviroments, values consistency and accountability and wants meaningful influence in the direction of a well-established business. Our restaurant offers stable ownership with four decades of experience at our current location.

Oversee all kitchen operstions >
Maintain quality and consistency in all menu items >
Lead full menu development >
Manage, mentor and train all BOH staff >
Maintain safety and sanitation standards >
Manage food costs and ordering
