C Shift Packer 2-2-3 Schedule

Hours:

6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour. Bilingual applicants are a plus. Start dates may fluctuate due to trainer availability.

This position operates plastic molding machines according to production standards, maintains equipment and area clean, safe, and well‑maintained, and strives to achieve high levels of quality.

• Pack bottles, make boxes, grind material, and clean up.
• Make checks at the beginning of shift to ensure current operation meets safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain or exceed quality and production standards.
• Perform minor machine adjustments when necessary.
• Ensure required documentation is available and correct for the product being manufactured.
• Ensure needed supplies (coloring, closures, cartons, correct labels) are used and readily available as per shop packet.
• Accurately complete production reports for each product produced.
• Contribute positive suggestions or comments concerning quality, production, safety, and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Basic understanding of math and reading.
• Steel toes, hearing and eye protection.
• Appropriate workplace clothing (jeans, t‑shirts without rips, holes, or offensive content).

• Sit, stand, and walk for 6–8 hours per day.
• Lift, carry, push, pull constantly up to 10 lbs; frequently up to 30 lbs; occasionally up to 70 lbs.
• Frequently grasp, handle, and feel objects; frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, bend, and lift overhead.
• Exposure to loud noises frequently.
