Joyce/Dayton Corp. seeks a CNC Lathe Operator I for 2nd shift to manufacture precision parts. You will work safely to meet tight tolerances, read blueprints, select tooling, and set up/operate CNC equipment. Strong attention to detail and basic programming/editing skills are required.
You will inspect parts, document measurements, and troubleshoot by adjusting feeds and speeds. Physical readiness for standing and lifting up to 50 pounds is expected on this full-time role.
