Position
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at IU Health Jay Primary Care and IU Health Jay Family Practice. This position will be split between two clinics located across the parking lot on the same campus.
Details- Full-time, Day Shift – 4-10hr days; 36 patient facing hours per week
- No weekends, no call
- 100% Outpatient
- Patient population:
All ages, rural community, acute and chronic care conditions - Expected patient volume in office: 50-60 per week
- Join a team of 4 physicians, 7 APPs, and 34 support staff
- Procedures include simple/small office procedures such as lacerations, I&D, wart and lesion removal, and wedge resections.
- Master's degree required
- FNP or PA certification required
- Open to new graduates
- Experience in primary care, acute care, or emergency medicine preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and team player
