Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Jay Primary Care & Family Practice

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join team at IU Health Jay Primary Care and IU Health Jay Family Practice !

Position will be split between two clinics located across the parking lot on the same campus.

• Full‑time, Day Shift
  • 4–10 hr days; 36 patient‑facing hours per week
  • No weekends, no call
• 100 % Outpatient
• Patient population: all ages; rural community; acute and chronic care conditions
• Expected patient volume in office: 50–60 per week
• Join a team of 4 physicians, 7 APPs and 34 support staff
• Procedures include simple/small office procedures: lacerations, I&D, wart and lesion removal and wedge resections.

• Master’s degree required
• FNPre or PA certification required
• Open to new graduates
• Experience in primary care, acute care or emergency medicine preferred
• Strong critical‑thinking skills and teamwork
