IU Health Jay Primary Care and IU Health Jay Family Practice in Indiana are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time outpatient role. The position will be split between two clinics located on the same campus, with a day shift, no weekends.
Provider will care for all ages in a rural community, perform minor procedures, and collaborate with a team of physicians, APPs and support staff. Patient volume is moderate and a supportive benefits package is offered.
