shift: 6pm-630am 223 schedule

pays: $27-$32 hourly + $1.25 shift differential

location: portland, in
shift: 3rd shift | 6:00 pm-6:30 am
schedule: 2-2-3
pay: $27-$32/hour

seeking an experienced maintenance mechanic with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Looking for experience with plcs, 480v, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial manufacturing equipment
. Injection or blow molding experience is preferred.

• troubleshoot and repair plcs and plc-controlled equipment
  .

• troubleshoot 480v/240v/120v ac/dc electrical systems
  , motors, and controls.

• read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and equipment drawings.

• troubleshoot and repair molding machines, grinders, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and support equipment
  .

• repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  .

• perform preventive maintenance, equipment setups, and changeovers.

• use meters and diagnostic tools to identify equipment problems.

• support equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

• strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• experience with plcs, 480v, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  .

• manufacturing experience preferred.

• injection molding or blow molding experience is a plus.

• welding and rigging experience preferred.

• high school diploma or ged required.

• must have basic maintenance tools.
