Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

Robert Half has partnered with an established renovation company to locate an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Portland, Maine for a full-time position with benefits.

This is an on-site role, must live in Maine.

The ideal AR / Accounts Receivable candidate will have the following skills and experience:

+ Some college accounting coursework

+ Entry level with degree, or 2+ years AR or AP experience.

+ Monthly billing

+ Positing invoices and cash receipts

+ Collections

+ Excel skills

+ AIA billing exposure a plus, not required (willing to train)

+ Sage software a plus, not required.
