Position Expectations
This is a newly created position and a key hire offering a growth path to Partner within two years!
- Review of business & individual income tax returns.
- Preparation of high-level federal & state business & individual income tax returns.
- Manage client relationships.
- Mentoring and technical training of associate and senior staff members.
- Participate in the management team: sharing ideas and supporting the long-term strategic plan.
- Business development and firm promotion.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT. TWO OR THREE DAYS IN OFFICE. NOT FULLY REMOTE.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- CPA required.
- 10 years of public accounting tax compliance experience.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Understanding of tax codes & regulations.
- Exceptional communication abilities & interpersonal attributes.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency with tax return technical reviews.
- Ability to set & manage priorities and deadlines.
- Maintains a positive attitude and constructive business relationships.
