Job Title

To strengthen our service and billing team, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to take over the billing of service feedback from our technicians.

In this role, you will ensure that all services provided are fully, correctly, and billable documented and invoiced.

Your tasks

• Examination, recording, and billing of service feedback from technicians
• Matching of working hours, material consumption, and performance evidence
• Clarification of discrepancies with technicians, service managers, or customers
• Maintenance and updating of billing-relevant data in SAP CRM/ERP
• Creation of invoices and preparation of accounting further processing
• Support in monthly closing and reporting
• Continuous improvement of processes in the service billing area

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in service billing or in the technical service environment is an advantage
• Secure handling of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office - optional
• Good analytical skills, high accuracy, and structured working method
• Communication skills and team orientation
• Service-oriented thinking and a high degree of reliability
