Asan ARB Audit Senior Accountant, You Will
- Plan, execute, and review all phases of audit and attest engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with managers and partners on a variety of client engagements across multiple industries.
- Prepare and review engagement work papers, financial statements (including footnotes), and related reports.
- Develop specialized expertise in key industries and provide value-added insights to clients.
- Research and apply accounting and auditing standards (GAAP) to address complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day engagement needs.
- Supervise, review, and delegate work to Associate I and Associate II team members.
- Train, mentor, and support the development of junior staff.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.
- Contribute to ARB’s client‑centric, team‑oriented culture.
- 3+ years of audit and attest experience within a public accounting firm.
- CPA license or progress toward licensure.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to team success.
- Experience with Caseware, Case View, and Suralink (or similar tools) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with substantial accounting coursework required.
- Coursework sufficient to meet CPA licensure requirements.
