Maine Energy Experts in Portland, ME is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Payroll Specialist to own our day-to-day finances end to end. You'll manage payroll for W-2 employees, administer benefits, and maintain the books with accuracy and integrity.
This role covers the monthly close, account reconciliation, and tax readiness, including federal and Maine requirements. You’ll work independently and coordinate with our external CPA/auditors to keep filings on time and records audit-ready.
