As an ARB Audit Senior Accountant, You W
- illPlan, execute, and review all phases of audit and attest engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delive
- ry.
Collaborate with managers and partners on a variety of client engagements across multiple industri - es.
Prepare and review engagement work papers, financial statements (including footnotes), and related repor - ts.
Develop specialized expertise in key industries and provide value-added insights to clien - ts.
Research and apply accounting and auditing standards (GAAP) to address complex issues and deliver effective solutio - ns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day engagement nee - ds.
Supervise, review, and delegate work to Associate I and Associate II team membe - rs.
Train, mentor, and support the development of junior sta - ff.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with professional standards and firm polici - es.

.To Be an ARB Audit Senior Accountant, You
- Have3+ years of audit and attest experience within a public accounting f
- irm.
CPA license or progress toward licens - ure.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standa - rds.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex iss - ues.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilit - ies.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadli - nes.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to team succ - ess.
Experience with Caseware, Case View, and Suralink (or similar tools) is a p
lus.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with substantial accounting coursework requ - ired.
Coursework sufficient to meet CPA licensure requirem
ents.
