We're seeking an Enrollment Counselor who's customer-focused and detail-oriented to support students throughout the enrollment and retention process. This Enrollment & Retention Counselor role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively provide exceptional customer service.
The Enrollment & Retention Counselor serves as a key point of contact for students, answering questions, providing guidance, and supporting admission and registration activities. The successful candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Pay: $24.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Hybrid Schedule
Duration: Temporary Assignment (3–5 Months)
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support to prospective and current students throughout the enrollment and retention process.
- Support admission and registration-related processes and documentation.
- Answer student questions, provide guidance, and accurately record interactions and responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM/database system.
- Communicate professionally and effectively through written and verbal interactions.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet goals and deadlines.
- Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, student support, or a related field preferred.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer-service mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and technology skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner who is receptive to feedback, asks questions, and adapts to new processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
