The position of Assistant Project Manager for our National Technical Systems Group is responsible for providing a high level of coordination support in a variety of areas, partnering with construction project management and field staff.

  • Assistwithmanagingall aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and project meeting minutes.
  • AssistwithsupervisionanddirectingprojectactivitiesasassignedbythePMincludingplanning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.
  • Assistwiththemaintenanceofallchangeorder,submittalanddocumentcontrollogswithin

    Viewpoint.
  • AssistPMandPXwithinteractionswithsubcontractorstomakecertainthatwe have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
  • Responsibleforcreatingthe Job Information Sheetsandestablishingjobfiles  under the direction of the PM or PX.
  • AssumetemporarytotalprojectsupervisionresponsibilitiesintheabsenceofthePM.
  • Abletoreadandbasicunderstandingofelectricaldrawingsandspecifications.
  • Assistwithestablishingworkflowbreakdownsinconjunction with Field Supervisors and Project Managers.
  • Assistwithensuringprojectbillingsareaccurateandsubmittedtimely, monthly, and per contract documents.
  • ResponsibleforassistinginwritingandsubmissionofqualityRFIs.
  • ResponsibleforassistingPMtoensuretimelypaymenttosubcontractorsandvendors.
  • Abletoreviewandupdatestatusofconstructionschedulesasperrequestof PM or PX.
  • Abletoassist Project Managementteamwiththesetupofprojectbudgetsin  Viewpoint in conjunction with Field Supervisor.
  • Workwith Payrolldepartmenttoensureaccurate Payroll  information has been submitted.
  • Otherdutiesasassigned.
