Position Summary:
Looking for an Executive Assistant with Marketing Coordination skillsto keep our office running efficiently while supporting our brand presence across digital platforms. This role combines administrative tasks with creative marketing support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and content creation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and personalities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Office Administration Tasks:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Support with meeting and calendar coordination
- Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and marketing materials
- Maintain smooth office operations
- Assist brokers with transaction support
- Organize files and manage timelines
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Maintain an active presence by posting 2-3 times per week across company social media platforms
- Assist with graphics and promotional materials
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Help maintain the company website and social media presence with outside vendors
- Suggest new marketing ideas, implement AI for content creation and creativity
- 3+ years of administrative, office management, or executive assistant experience
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word Press, and Canva
- Experience with Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
