Administrative Logistics Coordinator in Portland, Maine
Pay: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
M-F flexible hours
We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Logistics Coordinator to support the team ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth flow of shipments and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries. Interested?

While experience in logistics is beneficial, we welcome candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in this role. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

- Follow up with carriers to coordinate logistics

- Prior administrative experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; experience with SAP is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Previous experience in logistics is helpful but not required
