Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time NUS position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This position offers an opportunity to be an integral member of a collaborative, high-performing team of staff. This position would rotate between R6, a dynamic 26-bed neurosurgical / trauma unit, and Bean 2 (B2), a 12-bed Total Joint Center. This position provides clerical support to the unit including but not limited to answering telephone calls, handling medical records, and responding to patient, family, and staff requests.
R6/B2 offers a challenging yet rewarding environment where teamwork, excellent communication, a positive attitude, and proactivity are expected. This is a great opportunity for those with customer service experience looking to get into the healthcare field! Together, the compassionate Nurses, Patient Care Technicians, CNAs, and Nursing Unit Secretaries on R6/IMC/B2 work closely to support each other in meeting patients’ needs and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

The pay range for this position is $19.10 to $22.53 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
