At GOLDBECK Parking Services, our customers receive all services from a single source in the development and implementation of parking projects.

• Active acquisition of new customers (builders, operators, property managers, municipalities, general planners)
• Care and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Representation of the company at specialist events, conferences, and association meetings
• Identification of market opportunities and project potentials
• Development of customized offers for planning and refurbishment packages
• Conducting site visits, initial assessments, and recording of damage pictures
• Close coordination with internal technical planners for technical clarification and coordination of services
• Calculation including mass determination, cost estimation, and economic assessment
• Support in the presentation of offers and contract negotiations
• Market observation: trends, standards, guidelines (e.g., DAfStb guideline, TAEV, KKS)
• Strategic expansion of regional and nationwide sales areas
• Documentation of customer contacts and offer status in the CRM system

• Completed civil engineering studies, technician, or commercial training with a high technical affinity
• Experience in refurbishment, building inspection, concrete restoration, or technical sales
• Communicative, convincing personality with a pronounced service orientation
• Secure negotiation skills, willingness to travel, organizational strength
• Knowledge of tendering and calculation tools (desirable)
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and complex technical issues
