Job Overview

Imagine spending your summer in our dynamic Field Operations Division, where you'll get a great introduction to the field and a chance to gain experience working on a job site. It's the perfect introduction to the construction industry, setting you up for a career as a Project Engineer or Field Engineer after graduation.

We have current internship opportunities in the Field Operations Division for Sophomores and Juniors in Building Construction programs. You will work alongside Project Managers and Superintendents on current Wright-Ryan projects based on your skills, experience, and areas of interest.

Position Qualifications

* Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in a construction related field at a school in Maine or a current Maine resident attending an out-of-state school.

* Interest in building and modern construction jobsite management.

* Ability to work cooperatively in a team, learn new skills, and assume new responsibilities.

* Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner verbally and in writing.

* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.

* Good organizational skills and attention to pace and accuracy.

* Previous carpentry and construction management skills are a plus.
