Job Description
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project budgeting, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations on all job sites.
- Mentor and guide project teams to achieve performance excellence.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive should have:
- A proven track record in construction project management within the property industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
