Responsibilities
- Support and oversee daily construction site operations.
- Help keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and project documentation.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Promote job site safety and resolve field issues as they arise.
- Assist with scheduling, RFIs, bid support, and project closeout activities.
- OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred.
- 1-3 years of construction experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Multi-family residential construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Buildertrend, AutoCAD, and Revu experience preferred. - Comfortable using mobile technology for project coordination.
