Overview
Senior Project Manager needed in Portland, ME to lead commercial construction projects from booking through closeout. The position may be assisted by a Project Engineer and is capable of managing projects independently.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review project documentation (subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, submittal packages).
- Track material deliveries and coordinate with project site contacts for delivery scheduling.
- Work with internal scheduling and detailing software programs.
- Participate in internal meetings focused on continuous improvement.
- Interface directly with customers and suppliers and respond expeditiously to jobsite issues.
Depending on the needs of a specific branch office, a Senior Project Manager may also be tasked with estimating.
