Job Overview

Join our Homes team and help us build exceptional, high-end custom homes that exemplify superior craftsmanship and design. This position plays an important part in keeping our job sites clean, organized and safe throughout the construction of our custom homes.

As a Construction Site Cleaner, you’ll work on a variety of projects, from renovations to new custom home builds. You’ll play an important role in supporting our field teams by maintaining a clean work environment, protecting finished spaces and preparing homes for homeowners move‑in. Your attention to detail helps ensure every home is presented at its best while creating a positive experience for homeowners and trade partners.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self‑motivated, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality results.

Job Responsibilities
  • Working closely with superintendents to prioritize daily cleaning needs, maintain cleanliness and safety of residential job sites throughout all phases of construction.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners while working in occupied homes, providing a positive customer experience.
  • Sweep, vacuum, dust, and remove construction debris from interior and exterior work areas, keeping work zones clean and safe for trade partners.
  • Protect finished surfaces and clean completed spaces with care to prevent damage.
  • Perform final cleaning services, including polishing surfaces, removing adhesive and sticker residue, washing windows and removing fine construction dust to prepare homes for client move‑in.
Education, Experience, and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous construction cleanup experience preferred.
  • Friendly, professional approach with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting and manage time efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to pick up construction debris, climb temporary or permanent stairs and ladders, and perform physical work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
