LEAD PAINTER / SITE FOREMAN - MLavoie Architectural Coatings (Portland, ME)
a premium residential painting company serving high-end builders across Southern Maine. We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to lead crews on interior/exterior projects for custom homes.
What you'll do:- Run day-to-day operations on job sites - scheduling, quality control, material staging
- Lead and mentor a crew of painters, hold the line on our finish standards
- Communicate directly with builders, GCs, and clients on-site
- Ensure jobs are prepped, painted, and completed to spec and on schedule
- 5+ years residential painting experience, with leadership/foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of prep work, spray/brush/roll application, and high-end finishes
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
- Professional, detail-oriented, comfortable representing us in front of clients
- Competitive pay based on experience
- 40 hours paid vacation after 90 days
