Construction Laborer – Portland, ME | Multifamily Project

Skilled Trades Partners is looking for dependable Construction Laborers to join a new multifamily construction project in Portland, ME.

This is a great opportunity for a hardworking laborer who is comfortable staying busy, working with the crew, and helping wherever needed to keep the project moving.

• Move and distribute construction materials throughout the building
• Load and remove trash and construction debris
• Move materials across all levels of the building
• Clean and maintain work areas
• Sweep floors and common areas
• Assist the General Contractor and other trades as needed
• Help with material handling, site organization, and general cleanup
• Follow all job-site safety requirements
• Perform other general labor duties as directed

• Must be comfortable being on your feet and performing physical labor throughout the workday
• Previous construction experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate

• Reliable and dependable

• Able to lift and move materials
• Comfortable working throughout a multi-level construction site
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Construction experience is a plus
