We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team in supporting masonry and concrete restoration activities. Your role will involve assisting skilled tradespeople, performing general labor tasks, and maintaining a safe and organized jobsite. All tasks are completed under the supervision of the site management team.

• Assist with mixing, pouring, and placing concrete for restoration projects.
• Chip concrete and paint for building renovation.
• Work with heavy tools and machinery daily.
• Support masons with material handling, lifting, and transporting materials.
• Perform concrete patching and repair work as directed.
• Complete general labor duties.
• Participate in site setup and preparation.
• Conduct ongoing cleanup and debris removal.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Experience in concrete and general construction labor.
• Proficiency in using power tools and handling rebar and concrete forms.
• Familiarity with masonry, brick laying, and concrete finishing.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in heavy construction settings is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• OSHA-10 certification or willingness to obtain.

This is a Contract position based out of Portland, ME.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
