Consult with customers on their rental and maximizing revenue opportunities by offering products and services;
Provide world-class customer service and sales support;
Shuttle customers and ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup (cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, refilling fluids);
Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely;
Answer phones and assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner
