Veterinary Client Service Representative - Emergency

We’re currently seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our Emergency team. As a CSR, you’ll play a key role in supporting our medical team and ensuring that our clients and patients receive exceptional care. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive, solution-focused environment.

Anticipated Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following available schedule:

  • Monday and Tuesday 4:00pm-12:30am, Thursday and Friday 9:00am-7:30pm
  • Some holidays required
Compensation
  • Starting at $22/hour,
    commensurate with experience

What You'll Do:
  • Providing a welcoming environment for clients and patients by delivering exceptional client service
  • Answering/responding to incoming communications such as phone calls and emails
  • Appointment scheduling and management
  • Communicating needs of clients and patients to medical team
  • Medical record organization and collection
  • Receive and process payments
  • Routine office duties such as scanning, faxing, etc.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in customer service is essential; prior veterinary experience is a plus but not required
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude and a love for working with people and pets
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
