As a Driving Instructor on the AAA Driving School team, you will have an opportunity to make a difference in traffic safety in your local community by educating teens and adults on the fundamentals of safe driving.

• Conduct behind‑the‑wheel training each day, following the AAA Driving School curriculum and training program.
• Utilize the driving‑school software to record and maintain student progress.
• Evaluate student performance and provide additional support as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of safe driving and defensive driving practices and keep all required records.

• Experience in driving instruction, teaching, education, or the automotive industry.
• Confidence in interacting well with the public and teens specifically.
• Strong motivation to improve safe driving practices of all drivers.
• Flexibility to accommodate student availability, working weekday schedules starting as late as 12pm during the school year and teaching on at least one weekend day per week.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods in a vehicle.
• Ability to see and hear during all weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, touch, and reach.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• 3–5 years of driving experience.
• Requirement to pass a background check and drug test.
