The Academy is looking for an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher for our 2 year old toddler classroom! Do you have lots of energy and passion for working with toddlers? Come play with us! We are a learning center with infants through preschoolers and searching for our newest team member to lead our toddler classroom! We will help train you and make sure you are set for success!

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
  • Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, colors, and shapes
  • Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills
  • Provide individualized attention and tutoring to children who may need extra support
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well‑being and development of each child
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
  • Follow all state guidelines and regulations
Qualifications
  • CDA or 2 years experience working with children, 4 Year Degree (higher pay)
  • Previous experience working with toddlers
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
  • Ability to create engaging curriculum with activities that promote learning through play.
