- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Associate Engineer – 2 years industry‑related experience, Bachelor’s degree required.
- Senior Engineer – 5+ years industry‑related experience, Bachelor’s degree required.
- Lead Engineer – 7+ years industry‑related experience, Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications considered.
- Principal Engineer – 10+ years industry‑related experience, Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications considered.
