Job Summary
The Entry-Level Electrical Engineer position focuses on designing electrical systems for new facilities, additions, and renovation projects. Candidates will provide technical assistance for construction drawings, specifications, existing system studies, and master planning efforts. They will collaborate with clients, project teams, code officials, contractors, and others to address mechanical issues and develop effective working relationships. The client portfolio includes K‑12 Education, Higher Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Science and Technology, municipal, and institutional facilities.
Responsibilities- Develop electrical system designs based on scope of work and/or client RFPs.
- Conduct existing building surveys and document existing electrical systems.
- Develop system design calculations and select equipment for use in buildings.
- Write and edit project specifications.
- Prepare detailed design documents, reports, and studies.
- Conduct code compliance research.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines.
- Perform QA/QC of design work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Engineer in Training certification preferred.
- Familiarity with codes, standards, and design guidelines.
- Excellent work ethic, attitude, and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to plan, balance, and prioritize work.
- Experience with Revit and MS Office preferred.
- Experience with lighting software preferred.
- Ability to travel.

Up to 20%
The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:
