Otak, Inc. seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer to provide technical leadership on hydraulic, restoration, stormwater and fish passage projects across Oregon and Washington. Located in Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA, you will lead planning, design and construction from concept through documents.
Ideal candidate has a Master’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 10+ years in hydraulic engineering, and a PE license. Proficiency with HEC-RAS, SRH-2D, ArcGIS, AutoCAD or Micro Station is required.
