Parking Enforcement Attendant
The Parking Enforcement Attendant directly reports to the Account Manager and is responsible for performing a variety of facility, garage, and lot supportive functions.
Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co‑workers, and clients.
- Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
- Enforce lot rules by issuing citations based on preapproved guidelines for non‑paid or time‑expired vehicles.
- Manage lot signage, including taking down, repairing, and assembling signs.
- Maintain lot cleanliness by picking up trash and cleaning signage.
- Troubleshoot parking meters/equipment when applicable.
- Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal by shoveling, salting, and operating a snow thrower.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Hourly base pay range: $20–$22 plus commission. Part‑time first shift and second shift opportunities are available.

Qualifications- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old, pass a criminal background check and drug screen, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to be trained on revenue control equipment.
- Skilled in maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
- Ability to log information, perform mathematical computations, and use a calculator and fee computer accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand for the length of the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Job is fairly routine; decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines.
- Employee has control only over resources available.
Work is performed outdoors for extended periods. Employees may be exposed to extreme heat and cold. Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally is required.
