Robert Half has partnered with an established VC investment group to locate a hands-on CFO in Portland, Maine. (on-site)

The ideal Chief Financial Officer candidate will have the following skills and experience:

+ Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.

+ CPA preferred

+ M& A experience (mergers & acquisitions)

+ SBIC regulatory filing experience

+ 10+ years' experience in finance/accounting

+ Hands-on General Ledger Accounting (GAAP)

+ Budgeting and Financial Analysis

+ Advanced Excel
