• Work with collections specialist team to develop collection strategies and protocols to optimize collection of delinquent accounts.
• Prepare and analyze various accounts receivable reports for delinquent accounts and coordinate with collections team to proactively pursue collection of such accounts.
• Contact clients via phone and email to discuss their overdue accounts with a friendly customer service demeanor.
• Negotiate, arrange, and document payment schedules and agreements within firm guidelines.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts receivable.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
• Partner with Director of Finance to develop and implement key collections metrics and reporting.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of billing or collections work experience required.
• Intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, formulas, etc.)
• Considerable experience with client negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a professional manner with colleagues and external clients.
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Proactive, organized self-starter with excellent follow through and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $30.00- $35.00hr.
