** Springer’s Jewelers is seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and providing insights that help drive business performance.

This position works closely with executive leadership and plays a key role in supporting financial strategy, improving processes, and helping guide the company’s continued growth.
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, financial close, and reporting
* Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and reporting
* Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Provide clear financial insights to support business decisions
* Manage cash flow and support overall financial health
* Improve processes and systems to increase efficiency
* Lead and develop the accounting team
* Partner across departments to support operations and growth

** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
* CPA preferred
* 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
* Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
* Experience managing close processes and audits
* Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
