  • Business Development:
Support growth initiatives by creating marketing materials, attending prospect meetings, contributing to proposals, and building client relationships.
  • Consulting & Recordkeeping:
Provide document consulting and maintain records in accordance with firm standards and best practices.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

Work closely with partners, analysts, and other team members.
  • Project Management:
Manage multiple engagements (typically 10–20 at various stages), with most projects lasting four to six weeks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business valuation or audit required; experience with financial institutions and/or purchase price allocation (ASC 805) strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ASA, or ABV preferred (not strictly required if other qualifications are met).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong command of methodologies (DCF, market multiples, precedent transactions, asset‑based approaches).
  • Financial Modeling:
Build and review complex models with precision.
  • Industry Research:
Skilled in tools like Capital IQ, Pitch Book, IBISWorld, Bloomberg.
  • Technology Proficiency:
Experience with forensic and analytical software (IDEA, ACL, Tableau, Power BI).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent Wipfli’s values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Attention to Detail & Curiosity:
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, question assumptions, and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
