Job DescriptionWhite Pine Wealth Management is a team of 10 professionals servicing $1B+ in assets as of March 2026. We are based in Falmouth, Maine.
What You’ll Do
The Client Service Associate provides a white glove client experience by working directly with clients and coordinating with the service team and advisors. You have strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills, and a heart for service. You must be ethical, reliable, and able to handle sensitive financial information with absolute confidentiality.
- Onboard new client relationships: work directly with clients and advisors to collect data, process new account paperwork, and maintain client records in our CRM system
- Perform account maintenance requests: change of beneficiary, address updates, online account access, account re‑titles, etc.
- Process money movements: journals, wire transfers, ACH transfers, and check requests
- Assist clients in a professional and pleasant manner through phone, email, and in‑person interactions
- Proficiency with our software preferred: CRM (Salesforce), Docu Sign, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, One Note), and custodial platform (Fidelity)
- Comply with and be well‑versed in industry rules and regulations and practice policies
What You’ll Bring
- Experience collecting information, processing forms, and maintaining accurate data
- Confidence in handling phone calls and speaking to clients
- Interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Eagerness to work in a growing practice and fast‑paced environment
- Preferred: 2+ years of industry experience
