Machias Savings Bank is seeking a Commercial Administrator to support our Commercial Lending team in the Portland market. This role provides administrative and operational support throughout the lending process, helping deliver an exceptional experience for customers and business partners.
Responsibilities- Support Commercial Lending Officers with loan documentation and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with customers, attorneys, title companies, and internal partners throughout the lending process.
- Maintain loan information and documentation using internal systems.
- Provide responsive service while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in banking, administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; lending or banking experience is a plus.
