The bank is hiring a Commercial Administrator who will support the Commercial Lending team.

Provides administrative and operational support throughout the lending process, helping deliver an exceptional experience for customers and business partners.

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in banking, administration, or a related field.

• Lending or banking experience (a plus)

• Coordinate with customers, attorneys, title companies, and internal partners throughout the lending process.
• Maintain loan information and documentation using internal systems.
• Provide responsive service while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Support Commercial Lending Officers with loan documentation and administrative tasks.

• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
