This role involves providing intensive, family-focused, community-based treatment for adolescents with behavioral challenges impacting home, school, and community systems, utilizing MST-PSB. Therapists will work directly with families in their homes, offering evening and weekend hours, and collaborate with probation, schools, and child welfare agencies.

Ideal candidates have a master's in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields, or extensive experience with a license or on-track for licensure. They should be flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable working in emotionally challenging environments.
