** This opening is an evening position with our adult residential Bridge Program. The Bridge is a 12-bed residential treatment program for homeless adults living with a major mental illness, many of whom also experience co-occurring conditions. The program works to address the complex needs of the clients, utilizing an integrated, individualized, and client-centered approach, operated 24 hours/day by staff trained in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and mental health and substance use treatment.
Often our clients have co-occurring conditions, such as chronic health conditions and/or substance use disorders.
The
** Program Coordinator
** position provides system support to all direct care positions to meet and maintain the highest standard of client care. This is an assistant management position of a clinical and administrative nature. These positions contribute to the accomplishment of the Agency’s mission through assisting the director in program oversight and providing some leadership to program direct service workers.
This position attends weekly program staff meetings and participates in other meetings as necessary. Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director.

** Qualifications**:
* High School Diploma required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* One to three years of experience in mental health field a plus.
* Must become certified as Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) within 1 year of employment; then maintain required trainings to uphold continuous MHRT1 status.
* Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, child protective service check & sex offender check.
* Must not be on the state or federal suspension and disbarment list.
* Must pass CNA registry check*.
** Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and TB screen.
* Must be able to exert moderate physical effort with occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, driving, typing and frequently lift and carry material weighing up to 25 pounds.
* Driving may be necessary to attend meetings and trainings and for the occasional need to meet with clients offsite and within the program service area. This may include transportation of clients

* * driving to agency location to complete work.
* A good driving record is required*.:
