Overview
Behavioral Health Provider - LCSW & LPC
Location:
Fort Kent, Maine
This full-time hospital‑based role involves providing outpatient mental health services for senior adults, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, couples, family, or group). The position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities- Conduct intake assessments for senior adults
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy as needed
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Maine licensure as an LCSW or LPC
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of geriatric development and psychosocial needs
- At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or inpatient behavioral health
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
Monday through Friday, during the day shift.
