We are seeking a Program Manager to manage and operationalize all aspects of our Provider Well-Being and Peer Support initiatives. This role is pivotal in planning, implementing and evaluating programs that foster a culture of wellness and support across our organization. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate events, and ensure program goals are achieved in collaboration with the Provider Wellbeing team.
Key Responsibilities Program Operations- Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate assigned programs.
- Monitor progress and outcomes using established dashboards.
- Ensure timely completion of day‑to‑day activities and program work plans.
- Partner with Wellbeing leaders to align strategies with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to integrate initiatives with educational and clinical programs.
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external educational organizations.
- Coordinate and operationalize pilot projects, events, and activities.
- Prepare meeting materials, facilitate work groups, and manage follow‑up actions.
- Oversee annual data survey and produce reports in partnership with leadership.
- Develop and maintain program materials, ensuring timely updates and distribution.
- Execute special projects as directed by leadership in a professional and timely manner.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or relevant field preferred. Master's Degree preferred. - License/
Certifications:
Licensure/certification may be preferred or required based on scope of role. - Experience:
Two years of program management or related work experience required. Three years of healthcare experience preferred. - Additional Skills/Requirements
