A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatrics to serve an early childhood population in Portland, ME. This role is based in a school setting and offers a valuable opportunity to apply clinical skills in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Qualifications- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Experience working in pediatric populations
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY)
- Skilled in school-based speech-language therapy and early childhood interventions
- Portland, Maine
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy services to young children with speech and language challenges
- Collaborate with educators and families to support communication development in the classroom and at home
- Develop and maintain documentation that meets clinical and educational standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
