Multi-Systemic Therapy; MST Therapist

We are seeking MST Therapists to join a well‑established mental health organization offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Work in Waterville, Androscoggin County, Dexter, Dover‑Foxcroft, Guilford, or the Mid‑Coast Region (Waldo/Knox Counties).
• Provide intensive, family‑centered treatment for adolescents with problematic sexual behaviors using the MST‑PSB model.
• Engage in home and community‑based therapy, collaborating with families, schools, probation, and child welfare agencies.
• Receive extensive training and supervision in evidence‑based practices, including family therapy, CBT, and motivational interviewing.
• Ideal candidates have a master's degree (or relevant experience), licensure or progress toward licensure, and experience working with families in challenging situations.
